Matt is a software integration engineer and entrepreneur who helps disparate systems work together. He is the CEO of Setfive and the Chief Technology Officer for The Venti Group.

Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Matt holds a BA in Computer Science from Tufts University.

Megan spent 14 years at Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, including a major role in its Raiser’s Edge to Blackbaud CRM implementation. She brings extensive knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online, and Blackbaud CRM to the Venti team.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science from Northeastern University.

Christin brings 20 years of experience in nonprofit development and management, including board development, strategic organizational planning, fundraising, budget and program oversight, and grant writing and reporting.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has conducted basic and clinical neuroscience research at Johns Hopkins Medical School.

Nikki brings passion and perseverance to her work with universities, churches, and other nonprofit organizations.

She holds a master’s degree in Accounting from Gujarat University, India.

Astrid brings over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, sponsored research, gift accounting, and internal controls. Her expertise includes Uniform Guidance, A-133 audits, financial statement audits, and state and federal tax reporting.

She served as the founding Director and Controller of Finance for the Wyss Institute at Harvard. Astrid holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Simmons School of Management.

Glenda brings over 25 years of nonprofit experience and deep Raiser’s Edge expertise, including work at The Winsor School and Boston Children’s Hospital Trust.

She specializes in data management, documenting procedures across Blackbaud platforms, training teams on best practices, and reporting.
