AI-Supported Automated Gift Processing

Scan the check and supporting gift documentation together, keeping the full transaction package intact.
AI-assisted capture reads key check and gift details, then searches RENXT for the most likely constituent match.
A prepopulated batch appears in TVG's single-screen portal, where staff can review, edit, and approve the information from a laptop—without relying on dual monitors.
After approval, the gift is committed to RENXT and the check image and supporting documentation are automatically attached to the gift record, creating a secure, paperless audit trail.
